  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°. Combine first 3 ingredients and beat well. Add milk, corn and salt; stir until mixed. Melt butter in a casserole dish in the oven. When butter is melted, add mixture. Return to the oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until brown.
