Ingredients

  • 2 cans corn (2 creamed or 1 creamed and 1 drained whole kernel)
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk (whole, skim or evaporated)
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • nutmeg, ground

Directions

    Mix all of the ingredients well with a spoon.

    Pour into a Pam-sprayed casserole, 12 x 8 x 2-inch.

    Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
