- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk (whole, skim or evaporated)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- nutmeg, ground
Directions

1Mix all of the ingredients well with a spoon.

2Pour into a Pam-sprayed casserole, 12 x 8 x 2-inch.

3Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
