  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavor
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Beat eggs well; add sugar, corn, milk and lemon flavoring. Dissolve cornstarch in water.
