- 2 (17 oz.) cans cream-style corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine corn, butter, eggs, flour, salt, pepper and sugar (if desired) in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Turn corn mixture into a prepared casserole.

3Cover lightly with a lid or foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until set in the center and crust forms around the edge.

4Makes 6 servings.
