- 4 c. corn, drained (fresh, frozen or canned)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped (optional)
- 4 large eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Mix corn, flour, sugar, seasonings and green pepper.

2Beat eggs until light; add to corn mixture.

3Add milk slowly and stir together.

4Melt butter in a 2-quart casserole as you preheat oven to 350°.

5Tilt casserole to coat sides with butter.

6Slowly stir corn mixture into butter and casserole.

7Place casserole in a shallow pan of warm water.

8Bake 1 hour or until firm. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
