- 2 c. corn, removed from cob (fresh or frozen)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 whole eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In a blender, mix the butter, sugar, flour and salt.

3Add eggs, beating well.

4Add corn and milk; blend for about 30 seconds.

5Pour ingredients into a buttered casserole; bake for 45 minutes.

6Stir once halfway through cooking period. When done, a silver knife inserted in center will come out clean.
