- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper (if desired)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn or 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style and 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Grease a 1-quart casserole.

3Melt butter or margarine in saucepan and blend in flour.

4Add milk, salt, pepper and sugar.

5Bring to boiling point, stirring constantly.

6Blend eggs into warm mixture.

7Pour into casserole. Place casserole into oven and bake 1 hour or until set.

8Pudding is done when the end of a table knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

9Makes six servings.
