  • 4 Tbsp. sugar (1/4 c.)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. fresh or canned corn
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. milk (only 1 c. if using creamed corn)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Add corn and eggs.

    Scald milk.

    Add slowly to egg mixture.

    Stir well.

    Add butter.

    Pour into greased casserole.

    Bake 35 minutes at 325° or until top is slightly brown and firm in middle.
