- 4 Tbsp. sugar (1/4 c.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. fresh or canned corn
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. milk (only 1 c. if using creamed corn)
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Add corn and eggs.

3Scald milk.

4Add slowly to egg mixture.

5Stir well.

6Add butter.

7Pour into greased casserole.

8Bake 35 minutes at 325° or until top is slightly brown and firm in middle.
