- 1 can whole corn (do not drain)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 box Jiffy mix
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Combine whole and creamed corn, sour cream and Jiffy mix.

3Melt butter and fold into mixture.

4Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until top is brown.

5If pudding is not set at this time, it will set after being removed from the oven.
