  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar (to taste)
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. corn or 1 can, drained

Directions

    Blend flour, sugar, salt and butter.

    Add milk, eggs and corn. Pour into greased baking dish.

    Bake at 350° until firm and slightly brown.
