Corn Pudding Casserole

- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbl spoon butter
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 4 oz of corn bread mix (half of Jiffy box)
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat oven to 350.

2Melt butter in a pan over medium low heat and saute onion until translucent about 8min. Put all ingredients in a bowl including the onion mixture and mix well.

3Pour the wet mixture into a greased 8 x 8 baking dish. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
