- 1 3/4 lb broccoli, cut into small florets
- 14 oz orecchiette pasta
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 None red chilis, deseeded and cut into thin strips
- 3 None anchovy fillets, finely chopped
Directions

1Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for 2 mins. Drain and refresh in cold water. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain.

2Heat 3 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and saute the garlic and chilis for 1 min. Add the broccoli and anchovies and saute for 2 mins. Season with salt and black pepper. Add the pasta and toss well. Heat again and drizzle with 3 tbsp oil.
