  • 1 can crushed corn
  • 10 saltines, broken
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    In a bowl, beat egg and milk until well blended.

    Add broken saltines and mix well.

    Add sugar and corn and stir until blended. Pour into greased baking dish.

    Dot top with butter.

    Bake in heated oven at 350° for 1 hour.
