  • 1- 1/2 pound Pizza Dough
  • 2 sticks Pepperoni, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 whole Large Onion, Sliced
  • 16 ounces, weight Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 whole Egg, Beaten

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

    Flatten dough into a rectangular shape as best you can.

    Place pepperoni and onions on dough, evenly distributed.

    Sprinkle the cheese on top of the pepperoni.

    Roll up and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

    Baste with beaten egg.

    Bake for 25 minutes of until golden brown.
