- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 17 oz. can creamed corn
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a 1-quart casserole, melt butter or margarine.

2Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

3Cook, covered, for 9 minutes or until pudding is just slightly soft in center.

4Stir once.

5Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
