  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 17 oz. can creamed corn
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    In a 1-quart casserole, melt butter or margarine.

    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Cook, covered, for 9 minutes or until pudding is just slightly soft in center.
