  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1 can (15-1/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz.) cream-style corn
  • 1 pkg. (8-1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix

    Preheat oven to 375F.

    Beat eggs and butter in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

    Stir in sour cream and corn.

    Add muffin mix; stir just until moistened.

    Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
