  • 8 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) box corn muffin mix
  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 2 1/3 c. fresh, frozen or canned corn
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix well the cream cheese, eggs and sugar. Add and mix in corn muffin mix, creamed corn, canned corn, milk, butter or margarine and salt.

    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° about 45 to 50 minutes until set.
