  • 1 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. artificial sweetener
  • 2 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper (fresh)
  • 1 tsp. butter flavoring
  • dash of white pepper

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly; add milk, salt and sweetener.

    Combine corn with remaining ingredients; add to egg mixture.
