- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/3 c. corn
- 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Bake pie crust for 5 minutes.

3Combine eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, onion and corn; beat until well blended. stir in cheese.

4Turn into partially baked shell.

5Bake for 10 minutes.

6Lower temperature to 350°.

7Continue baking for 30 minutes until custard mixture is almost set in center. Sprinkle with chopped chives, parsley or crumbled cooked bacon.
