  • 2 qt. corn
  • 1 qt. shredded cabbage
  • 1 pt. chopped red peppers
  • 1 pt. chopped green peppers
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 1 qt. vinegar

    Boil corn on cobs for 2 minutes, then cut off cobs.
