  • 12 large ears corn
  • 12 onions, chopped
  • 12 bell peppers (6 red and 6 green), chopped
  • 1 large cabbage, chopped
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 1 Tbsp. turmeric
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cook corn on cob and cut off.

    Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil.

    Simmer 30 minutes.

    Pack in hot jars and seal. Makes 12 to 14 pints.
