  • 12 ears corn or 1/2 gal.
  • 12 onions or 5 c.
  • 5 sweet peppers or 2 c.
  • 1 c. mustard
  • 2 small c. sugar
  • 2 hot peppers

Directions

    Cook corn in 1 1/2 pints vinegar for 30 minutes.

    Then put all together and add 1 pint more vinegar, then cook 20 minutes longer. Then seal while hot.
