  • 2 doz. ears corn
  • 6 white onions
  • 4 red sweet peppers
  • 6 green bell peppers
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 2 hot peppers
  • 1 1/2 pt. water
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. mustard seed
  • 2 Tbsp. turmeric
  • 1 large head cabbage, cut fine

Directions

    Cut corn off the cob.

    Chop rest of the vegetables fine.

    Mix all together and boil 25 minutes.

    Thick with flour, mixed in water, to make paste.

    Continue to boil 15 minutes longer.

    Seal in sterilized jars.
