- 2 doz. ears corn
- 6 white onions
- 4 red sweet peppers
- 6 green bell peppers
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 2 hot peppers
- 1 1/2 pt. water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 4 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 large head cabbage, cut fine
Directions

1Cut corn off the cob.

2Chop rest of the vegetables fine.

3Mix all together and boil 25 minutes.

4Thick with flour, mixed in water, to make paste.

5Continue to boil 15 minutes longer.

6Seal in sterilized jars.
