Ingredients
- 8 c. whole kernel corn
- 2 c. sweet red peppers, chopped
- 2 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 4 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
Directions

1In a large saucepan, combine celery, peppers, onion, sugar, vinegar, 2 cups water, salt and celery seed.

2Bring to boiling; boil, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Blend flour, mustard and turmeric with 1/2 cup cold water; add with corn to boiling mixture.

4Return to boiling, cook and stir 5 minutes.

5Pack loosely while boiling hot into hot pint jars; leave 1/2 inch headspace.

6Adjust lids.

7Process in boiling water bath 15 minutes. (Start counting time when water boils.)

8Makes 7 pints.
