- 8 c. corn kernels (14 ears)
- 4 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. diced green peppers
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. diced sweet red peppers
- 4 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Boil corn-on-the-cob 10 minutes. Cut off and measure 8 cups. Mix celery, peppers, onions, sugar, corn, vinegar, salt and celery seed. Boil 15 minutes. Combine mustard, flour and water.

2Mix all ingredients. Boil 5 minutes.

3Pour into sterilized jars.

4Seal at once.

5Makes 4 to 5 pints.
