Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce
  • 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. green or red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped

Directions

    Mix sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed, mustard seed and pepper sauce.

    Put in a medium saucepot.

    Heat over medium heat until boiling; stir.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 days to blend flavors.
