- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
- dash of salt and pepper
Directions

1Grease casserole pan with butter.

2Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

3A box of frozen corn may be used.
