- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- grated cheese
Directions

1Saute onion and bell pepper with oleo in a large skillet.

2Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.

3Bake in a casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350°.

4Top with grated cheese and continue to bake until cheese melts.
