- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 12 lbs ground beef
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 12 cup ricotta cheese

1Preheat the oven to 350.

2In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat.
