Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 can corn
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped red and green pepper

Directions

    Heat and boil first 4 ingredients, pour hot mixture over last of the ingredients.

    I use 2 cans vacuum-packed fresh like corn. After marinating salad, let set overnight in the refrigerator. Serves 12.
