  • 2 (14 to 15 oz.) cans corn, drained
  • 3 green onions or to taste
  • 1 to 2 jalapenos
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tomato, seeded

Directions

    Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate overnight.

    Cut seeded tomato into small pieces and add to mixture before serving.
