- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
