Ingredients
- 2 ears Corn
- 3 whole Tomatoes (small)
- 18 cups Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 2 whole Hot Peppers (minced)
- 4 dashes Salt
- 4 dashes Pepper
- 1/2 whole Lemon, Squeezed
- 1/2 whole Lime Squeezed
Directions

1Boil the corn until done.

2Chop tomatoes, onion and hot pepper and add to a serving dish.

3(Note regarding the hot pepper: I started with two, then tasted it and added 1/2 of another.

4Add them to taste, some are much hotter than others.)

5Once corn is done and cooled, cut off of the cob and add to the serving dish.

6Mix ingredients.

7Add salt and pepper to taste.

8Add lemon and lime juice to taste.

9Mix and serve.

10Can be used as a salsa or relish.

11It was great on fish tacos!
