  • 4 cups frozen corn
  • 13 cup diced tomato
  • 14 cup diced onion
  • 12 lb bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 12 teaspoon sage
  • 34 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro

    cook up the bacon with all the seasoning, adding the onions when the bacon is about 3/4 of the way done.
