Ingredients

  • 6 whole Ears Fresh Sweet Corn
  • 5 whole Green Onions
  • 2 whole Jalapeno Peppers
  • 2 whole Tomatoes
  • 2 whole Limes - Juice From
  • 1 whole Orange Bell Pepper
  • 13 cups Cilantro Sprigs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1/2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips

Directions

    Boil corn and let cool.

    When cool, cut off cob.

    Dice remaining veggies.

    Mix together all ingredients except sour cream and chips.

    Cover and chill for 3 hours, or till serving.
