- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 package Taco Seasoning, 1 Ounce Packet
- 2 cups Frozen Corn, Cooked And Thawed
- 14- 1/2 ounces, weight Can Of Diced Tomatoes
- 15 ounces, weight Can Black Beans, Drained
- 1/4 cups Fresh Cut Cilantro
- 1/2 whole Lime
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 4 whole Hamburger Buns, Split
Directions

1Take 1 pound of ground beef and mix well with taco seasoning then make medium sized beef patties.

2Using the grill or skillet, cook these on medium heat until well done or up until your preference.

3I typically cook mine about 15-20 minutes total.

4If using a skillet be sure to add a little bit of oil or non stick spray to the skillet before cooking.

5While these are cooking, take a large bowl and mix the corn, tomatoes, black beans, and cilantro.

6Cut the lime in half and squeeze the lime juice onto the corn salsa and mix.

7The olive oil can be added for additional flavor.

8Once finished place the patty on a large hamburger bun then top with corn salsa and crunch away!
