  • 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 14 crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 2 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 1/2 stick melted margarine
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions

    Crumble Sausage and brown until done.

    Drain well.

    Beat eggs. Mix sausage, corn, sugar, flour, milk, and dash of pepper. Sprinkle crushed Ritz and butter on top.

    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
