- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 small can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
- 4 Tbsp. or 1/4 stick melted butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. instant minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. coarsely crushed soda crackers
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. diced Swiss cheese
Directions

1Drain liquid from whole kernel corn into a cup.

2Save 1/4 cup of liquid.

3Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.

4Stir in 1/4 cup of liquid and other ingredients.

5Spoon into 8-cup baking dish.

6Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until set.

7Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

8It can be made with Jack cheese or Mozzarella but Swiss is better.
