- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- drop or two Tabasco (optional)
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies (optional)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.

2Bake in souffle dish or 11 x 7-inch baking dish at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
