  • 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • drop or two Tabasco (optional)
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.

    Bake in souffle dish or 11 x 7-inch baking dish at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Puffs up and gets a crusty top.
