- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. crushed soda crackers
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. undiluted evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. shredded carrot (fine)
- 1 tsp. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
- 6 drops Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Combine corn and all ingredients, except cheese and paprika. Mix thoroughly and turn into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

2Top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until mixture is set and top is golden brown.
