Ingredients

  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. crushed soda crackers
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 c. undiluted evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. shredded carrot (fine)
  • 1 tsp. chopped celery
  • 1 tsp. chopped onion
  • 6 drops Tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • paprika

Directions

    Combine corn and all ingredients, except cheese and paprika. Mix thoroughly and turn into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until mixture is set and top is golden brown.
