  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 stick butter

    Melt enough of the butter to grease a 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Drain corn.

    Mix all ingredients, including remaining butter. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
