- 1 box Jiffy cornbread
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 stick butter

1Melt enough of the butter to grease a 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Drain corn.

2Mix all ingredients, including remaining butter. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
