- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs, separated
- 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine corn, milk, sugar, flour, egg yolks, butter, salt and pepper.

2Beat egg whites until frothy, about 1 minute.

3Add to corn mixture. Pour into lightly greased casserole dish.

4Bake at 300° to 350° until top is brown and bubbly.

5Recipe can be doubled.
