- 2 (16 oz.) cans cream-style corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine corn, eggs, corn muffin mix, green chilies and 1/2 cup cheese in bowl; mix well.

2Spoon into 10 x 10-inch baking dish; sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.

3Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until set.
