- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Mix all but 1/4 cup cheese.

2Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
