  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Mix all but 1/4 cup cheese.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

    Continue to bake for 15 minutes or until center is firm.
