- 1 can corn (cream style)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar (heaping)
- 1 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar and margarine; add milk.

2Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

3Beat egg yolks slightly and add to mixture, as it begins to thicken.

4Add salt and pepper to corn; add to thickened mixture.

5Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
