  • 1 can corn (cream style)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar (heaping)
  • 1 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar and margarine; add milk.

    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

    Beat egg yolks slightly and add to mixture, as it begins to thicken.

    Add salt and pepper to corn; add to thickened mixture.

    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
