  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 1/4 c. frozen corn
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp. dried thyme or substitute Herbs de Provence

Directions

    Combine flour, sugar and baking powder.

    Mix in eggs, butter, milk and corn.

    Fold in spices.

    Pour into greased 3-quart casserole.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 minutes, until top is golden brown and center is firm.
