- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. milk
- 2 1/4 c. frozen corn
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp. dried thyme or substitute Herbs de Provence
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar and baking powder.

2Mix in eggs, butter, milk and corn.

3Fold in spices.

4Pour into greased 3-quart casserole.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 minutes, until top is golden brown and center is firm.

6Serve as either main course or side dish.
