- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Dissolve cornstarch in milk in medium bowl.

2Add corn, salt and sugar.

3Stir well. Add beaten eggs, then butter.

4Turn into buttered casserole and bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
