  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Dissolve cornstarch in milk in medium bowl.

    Add corn, salt and sugar.

    Stir well. Add beaten eggs, then butter.

    Turn into buttered casserole and bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
