- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except Swiss cheese, and pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

2Bake for 35 minutes in a 350° oven. Remove from oven and add shredded Swiss cheese, then return to oven for 10 minutes.
