Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except Swiss cheese, and pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Bake for 35 minutes in a 350° oven. Remove from oven and add shredded Swiss cheese, then return to oven for 10 minutes.
