- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients.

2Put in deep baking dish (Corning Ware, etc.).

3Cut butter in chunks and sprinkle on top.

4Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

5Add cheese to top.

6Bake for 20 to 30 minutes more.
