  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 c.sour cream
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/4 c. mayo
  • 1 c. grated cheddar

    mix all in bowl (except cheese)

    bake in greased casserole dish at 350 for 40 min.

    top with cheese, place in oven to melt
