  • 1 can kernel corn (keep liquid)
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 c.sour cream
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/4 c. mayo
  • 1 c. grated cheddar

    bake in greased casserole dish at 350 for 40 min.
